Submit your best childhood pic for our upcoming new ideas!
Think you have a solid gold childhood snapshot? American Sandbox is launching a greeting card series (as well as other crazy ventures) and we're looking for great pics like yours to consider. And if your picture is chosen for use, you and your child will get credit! Plus, 10% of all profits will go to children in need.
Guidelines:
- Your picture(s) can be funny, serious or cute, but will not be considered if not in good taste or offensive. If you're not sure, get some opinions from objective friends. Or you could show it to a priest, a Rabbi and an elementary school teacher (sounds like the start of a joke, but it would do the trick).
- Your picture must be original and be clear of any rights or royalties. Photos with copyrighted material (other company logos, etc) that cannot be blurred our or removed may have to be rejected.
- Your picture must be of printable quality (bad quality or low resolution photos will have to be rejected). If it looks good as a 5x7, it should work fine. File should be 3mb or less in size.
- Your picture can be color or black and white. Sepia is ok, but may be changed to black and white.
- Non-digital photos can be submitted if scanned into digital form (prints can be scanned, but be sure to do it in high quality).
How to do it:
Photos can be 1) uploaded to our facebook fan page (include all tags and details) or 2) emailed to kidphotos@americansandbox.com as an attachment that should be 3mb max or less. Be sure to include YOUR NAME and YOUR CHILD'S NAME when posting or emailing. If chosen, we may contact you for a higher quality image, so be sure to save a nice big HD version if you have one!
IMPORTANT: Though we offer credit if used, by sending us your picture, you are also granting American Sandbox rights for our own use.
